A: Firstly we do apologize for the defective products you receive and it happens rarely as our products are manufactured in a quite strict quality control system.
Secondly, we guarantee a 1-2 years warranty, so you can replace the detective product during the warranty and freight is on our account.
Thirdly, we will test the defective products and make a report, find out the reason and propose the improvement measures.
