4). Return Policy: We support every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be willing to give an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days without any word of complaint. If you want to return the package,please contact us first to obtain the return authorization, and then return the package back. More importantly, the recalled product must be in its main condition: including box, packaging, and all other accessories. There is no refund for damaged parts. If the goods are not delivered correctly, we will replace them all. If the buyer makes a false order, we will redeem or refund 15 % of the goods for replacement, but the freight shall be borne by the buyer.
